"Order"means an order via phone or e-mail made by customer to purchase services or products provided by Writers of United States. Orders are confirmed by down payments via check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, Western Union, or PayPal transfer.
OUR SERVICES
It is important that you carefully read and understand the refund policy in order to have full knowledge of the privileges and limitations governed by the Writers of United States's Policy. It is your obligation to read these Terms and Conditions before submitting any Order and/ or payment to this Website.
REVISIONS
Each package has its own revision policy, per the service description of each individual package. We provide revisions within 5 to 10 days of the order going into the Waiting for Customer Approval status in our Order Management Platform. The revision period will depend on the ordered package.
Revisions come into play at the end of the order process, once the product has been presented for review and the status has updated to Waiting for Customer Approval. At this time, the customer may request revisions directly by sending their assigned Project Manager an email to
ensure that the original provided requirements have been met on the entire product.
The customer is always welcome to make changes personally to any content they receive from us after the order has been fulfilled and before publishing as it is delivered in a Word format and they own the rights to it.
REFUND POLICY
Writers of United States caters to concerns and complaints in accordance to the following terms of use statement. Website users, partners, clients and customers are encouraged to review the following statement and in the event of partial and/or complete disagreement with the terms and conditions stated, we recommend immediate cease in regard to the use of the website and/or the services listed.
Writers of United States does not offer partial and/or complete refund on a sample and/or bulk order.
Writers of United States does not offer partial and/or complete refund in the event, a website user and/or customer starts, contributes and/or joins a negative narrative against the company both online and off
Should a Writers of United States customer feel the need to terminate the use of the services listed within three (03) months from the date of paid services; a refund is applicable given the customer did not avail a discount at the time of account registration.
We offer refunds only in special cases and specified conditions, detailed as under:
Writers of United States reserves the right to approve/disprove a refund request in accordance to afore mentioned terms of use. Website users and/or customers are encouraged to check back periodically to stay informed on these changes. These terms and conditions – as may be amended from time to time – constitute the entire agreement, and supersede any other agreements or understandings (oral or written), between the company and website users/customers.
30% of the total amount would be reimbursed to the client in case of change of mind due to any financial/personal and/or any reason not related to the project.
Refund requests are entertained through two (02) channels under support@writersofunitedstates.com and/or any requests made outside the jurisdiction of the mentioned email addresses are considered null and void.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices and discounts for our services are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
